A process based on dialogue

The process will involve seven working groups made up of citizens, experts, social stakeholders, institutional representatives and public sector professionals.

Through participatory dynamics and deliberative sessions, ideas will be transformed into concrete proposals aimed at shaping the future of Donostia.

Housing, mobility, the economy, care, coexistence and culture are all part of a connected urban ecosystem. For this reason, Donostiarra 2040 structures the process around seven strategic areas:
